Barn Hunt is for all breeds and ages of dogs; Barn Hunt is an inclusive sport that is a safe space for reactive dogs.

Barn Hunt is a brand new sport to the UK for dogs and handlers, it’s teamwork. Your dog uses natural instincts to find hidden tubes and you have to learn to read the dog’s signals to know when the rat tube(s) has been found. For some dogs ratting comes naturally, for others it is more scent detection.

At Barn Hunt UK we provide teams an opportunity to have fun, learn new skills, further bonding and a safe outlet for your dogs natural instincts and abilities. Our ethos is that Barn Hunt is a fun and friendly sport – you can participate just for fun or you can go on to work towards attaining Barn Hunt Titles: RATI, RATN, RATO, RATS, RATM
